Q.4 WHO TEACHES?
Meet HEMA Sir
Hemachandiran Somaskandan โ known to his students simply as HEMA Sir โ has been teaching since 2014, from polytechnic classrooms to corporate training halls, and from coaching-centre benches to online whiteboards.
He began as a Lecturer and Head of Department, co-founded Arrow Coaching Center in Chennai which grew to 200+ students, and later trained 100+ engineers as a Senior Consultant at Capgemini’s L&D Centre of Excellence. Today he leads Learning & Development at an international manufacturing firm while pursuing his Master of Management Studies at IIM Indore.
